Here’s what to do:

  2. You’ll receive an email with a link to a questionnaire to fill out and submit.
  3. I’ll contact you to set up a free phone consultation for us both to determine if personal coaching is right for you.
  4. If it is, we’ll set the schedule for our weekly phone sessions.

How it works:

Coaching sessions will take place on the phone.  I will record each session and send you an email with the mp3 of our recorded call after each session. You’ll have “homework” to do each week to take you closer to your goals, and you’ll begin seeing and feeling your progress immediately!
